Lynn grew up in Wheaton, Illinois (a small suburb of Chicago) where her passion for music was first ignited by singing along to the car radio with her mother.  She took her first ballet class at the age of 4 and stubbornly refused to continue (one polka-dotted pink tutu was enough for her!). Instead, she spent most of her youth collecting bruises and trophies while playing sports.  But Lynn’s love of music continued to flourish throughout her youth and she began formal training in classical voice as a young teen, winning multiple state awards for her work in chorale and individual vocal performance. She performed in various musicals, choirs, and as the lead singer of a local pop/rock band.  Lynn’s drive and passion for performance garnered her numerous scholarships and offers to continue her study of classical voice at prestigious institutions across the USA.  Ever the risk-taker, she instead decided to move to New York City and pursue musical theatre!

Armed with a suitcase and a scholarship to the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, Lynn moved to New York City immediately following high school and continued her studies in music, acting, and dance (No pink tutus this time!).  After graduating from the AMDA conservatory she then went on to the New School University where she graduated with honors as a triple-major B.F.A. (Majors in Musical Theatre, Politics, and Literature).

Since graduating, Lynn has had the distinct pleasure of performing in venues across the globe. Through her varied work she continues to cultivate new experiences and grow in her abilities. Performing on the National Tour of CATS, she relished both the challenges and thrills of being responsible for multiple roles as a swing. She has also worked on many original productions and embraces the opportunity to create new works.  She has been seen professionally in numerous operas, regional theatres, NYC productions, and even spent a year performing in South Korea.  Lynn currently resides in New York City and hopes to do so for the rest of her charmed life.  She is deeply and truly thankful to be able to travel so extensively and to have found success doing what she loves most.
